If you plan to incorporate in Arkansas, you will file Articles of Incorporation. The filing fee is $50 for filings mailed or delivered to the Business and Commercial Services office. This filing can also be submitted online with Form DN-01. The online filing fee is $45. Filings submitted online by 3:00 pm CST will be recorded as of the date of submission. If a filing is submitted after 3:00 pm CST, it will be recorded on the following business day.

What Else Will be Required?
All Domestic For-Profit Corporations will be subject to Arkansas Corporate Franchise Taxes. Tax payments are due to the Secretary of State's Office each year by May 1 for corporations that were in existence during the previous year.


How to Register a Foreign Corporation in Arkansas?

In order to transact business in Arkansas as a Foreign Corporation, you must file the Application for Certificate of Authority. The filing fee is $300 for filings mailed or delivered to the Business and Commercial Services office. This filing can also be submitted online with Form F-01. The online filing fee is $270. Filings submitted online by 3:00 pm CST will be recorded as of the date of submission. If a filing is submitted after 3:00 pm CST, it will be recorded on the following business day.

A Certificate of Existence from the state of incorporation dated within 30 days of filing must accompany this application. A Certified Copy of Amendment from the state of incorporation dated within 60 days of filing is also acceptable. If you are doing an online filing of the Application for Certificate of Authority, you would fax or email the supporting document to the State.
