The name of the company must contain a corporate designation such as Corporation, Corp., Incorporated, Inc., Company, or Co. The application will require the signature of the registered agent. The business name must contain one of the following words or abbreviations: "Incorporated," "Company," "Corporation," "Inc.," "Co.," or Corp."
