Liability Company Articles of Organization.
The name of the company must contain one of the following words or abbreviations: "Limited Liability
Company," "Limited Company," L.C.," "L.L.C.," "LLC," or "LC." The word "Limited" may be abbreviated
ad "Ltd." and "Company" may be abbreviated as "Co."
The fee for the Articles of Organization is $50.
Filings can be submitted by mail or in person. Include an original and a copy of the
