As your registered agent, we provide our physical address where we will receive Service of Process and other official communication on behalf of your company. Annual report notices and tax notices are also often sent to the registered agent. Selecting a reputable professional registered agent is extremely important to ensure you adhere to the requirements of the state and to assist with your ongoing state compliance.
