URS Agents provides professional registered agent service for businesses of all sizes in Oklahoma. We maintain a physical address to receive Service of Process and official state correspondence on behalf of your company, then promptly forward it to you.
Oklahoma requires every business to appoint a registered agent to receive legal notices and government communications. This includes Service of Process, annual report notices, and tax correspondence. Choosing a reliable registered agent helps ensure you stay compliant and never miss an important document.
If you are already registered in Oklahoma and would like to change the registered agent you have on
file, we can help with that as well. We will perform a free status check on your entity, take
care of the filing with the Secretary of State, and cover the Oklahoma state filing fee when you switch your registered agent to our service.
