The filing fee for Articles of Incorporation is $125.

** Pennsylvania Publication Requirement **
Publication of the intent to file or the actual filing of the Articles of Incorporation is required to be made in two newspapers of general circulation, one being a legal journal. The publication must contain the name, or proposed name, of the corporation and a statement that it has been organized, or is to be organized, under the provisions of the BCL of 1988. You do not need to file proof of the advertising with the Bureau of Corporations, but it should be kept within the minutes of the corporation.

A "Foreign" corporation will be a corporation that was organized in another state and that wishes to register and conduct business in Pennsylvania. You will file the Application for Certificate of Authority and select the option for a Foreign Business Corporation.

A Certificate of Existence or Certificate of Good Standing from the state of incorporation is NOT required.
